The Nokia Remote Sensing platform for mobile-centric wireless sensing exploits ubiquitous mobile devices’ intelligence to connect locally to sensors and local sensor networks. It connects geographically dispersed sensor deployments, performing both local and remote sensing experiments with almost any mobile phone.
